For the pork belly:
5 lbs fresh pork belly
2 large carrots, rough chopped
2 large onions, rough chopped
2 ribs of celery, rough chopped
1 head of garlic
2 Fuji apples, halved
1 cup apple cider vinager
2 quarts water

5 large potatoes
1 cup of heavy cream
